System Architecture

EDICS connects three key components for seamless data flow and control:

Admin PC - Runs EDICS Record Control software with dedicated installation. Creates and manages process data (instruction sheets) and receives actual operation data for analysis and record-keeping.
EDICS Panel - Connected via LAN cable to Admin PC. Reads process data and inputs actual operation data. Serves as the interface between management system and machine control.
Control Panel for Dyeing Machine - Connected via dedicated cable to EDICS Panel. Directly controls the dyeing machine based on parameters received from EDICS, ensuring accurate execution of dyeing programs.
