Hisaka Global Evaporator (GY Series)

Hisaka Global Evaporator (GY Series) is a high-performance concentration system utilizing a plate type membrane flow system specifically engineered for high-viscosity liquids and crystallization-prone products. Unlike conventional falling-film evaporators that struggle with thick liquids, the GY series forces the product through wide-gap plates, ensuring smooth flow, efficient heat transfer, and stable concentration even for the most challenging liquids.

Working Principle

The GY operates through a continuous plate-type membrane flow process:

Pre-Heating

Raw product is pre-heated using recovered vapor or steam to near boiling temperature before entering the evaporator.

Wide-Channel Flow

Product flows through wide-gap plates. High viscosity liquids move smoothly without clogging or excessive pressure drop.

Rapid Evaporation

Heat transfers efficiently through the plates. Water evaporates rapidly from the liquid surface, concentrating the product.

Vapor-Liquid Separation

Mixture enters the separator. Vapor is recovered for energy reuse; concentrated liquid is collected or recirculated.

Target Concentration

Product reaches the desired Brix level. The system maintains stable concentration even for high-viscosity outputs.
