Hisaka Long Plate Type One-Pass Concentrater (MFE Series) is a high-efficiency concentration system utilizing a membrane flow system with a super-long plate design. This one-pass system minimizes the amount of holding liquid in the equipment, ensuring high-quality concentrates for liquids where fragrance preservation and heat sensitivity are critical. Depending on the evaporation amount, plates are available in three different sizes.

Working Principle

The MFE operates through a continuous one-pass membrane flow process:

Pre-Heating

Raw product is pre-heated to near boiling temperature using recovered vapor or steam before entering the evaporator.

Membrane Flow

Product flows as a thin film (membrane) over the super-long plate surface. High flow velocity prevents stagnation and scale buildup.

Instant Evaporation

Rapid heat transfer causes instant evaporation. The process completes in just a few minutes, preserving product quality.

Vapor and concentrated liquid are separated. Vapor is recovered for energy reuse; concentrate is collected.
